Taylordoxies Conditions:
1. As we love the breed, we will not knowingly sell to puppy mills or pet stores.
2. Taylordoxies will guarantee that your puppy is in good health at the time of purchase and that all required immunizations have been given to the puppy.
3. Taylordoxies will not assume and responibility for injuries once the puppy is in the new owners possession.
4. Taylordoxies guarantees all paper work given is true to the best of my knowledge, and that the puppy is a purebred Miniature Dachshund with AKC registered parents.
5. Taylordoxies cannot guarantee adult size, disposition, coat type or color.
Buyer Conditions:
1. BUYER agrees to maintain this animal in good health at all times.
2. BUYER assumes full responsibility for the health, temperament and behavior of puppy
acknowledging that proper training is needed.
I feel that it is understood that the puppy is to be well cared for in its new home and my hopes are that your puppy will not be used for reproduction.
The puppy is leaving our home and is entering a new home with you in its new home, and stress related sicknesses may occur such as diarrhea, vomiting,
etc, this is normal.
3. BREEDER can offer no further guarantees once the care of the puppy is no longer under their control.
4. Buyer guarantees to offer first right of refusal to Breeder if the Buyer decides to no longer keep the dog and must contact
the breeder prior to selling, surrendering, gifting or transferring ownership of the
puppy/dog purchased.
This contract is limited to the BUYER of the said puppy above with signature of BUYER below,
and CAN NOT be transferred to any other party.
Guarantee:
You have just purchased a pure bread AKC registered dachshund puppy.
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. Upon receipt, this
puppy is guaranteed to be free of life threatening or genetic diseases for up to six months. It is required that a
licensed veterinarian examines the puppy with in 3 days of purchase date or there will be no guarantee on the
seller's part. This contract does not cover internal or external parasites or viruses. If the puppy is found to be
unfit for purchase ( illness must be life threatening), Taylordoxies must be notified in writing by a
certified veterinarian before any replacement will be made. In the event of the puppy’s death a necropsy must be
preformed to determine the cause of death. Taylordoxies will not be responsible for these charges.
Taylordoxies offers no cash refunds. If a replacement is to be made purchase price will go towards
another puppy of equal value when available. On a replacement, puppy must be returned within 72 hrs. along
with all records and akc paperwork. We do not guarantee against conditions such as Alopecia, Demodex Mange, Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis,
Guardia, Parasites, Viral/ Bacterial Infections, Mites, Fleas or Ticks, these are treatable conditions and some are found almost everywhere and
your dog/puppy may be exposed to them just on your way home.
We are not responsible for any medical bills, shipping charges, etc. associated with the above puppy once out of our care.
Taylordoxies and BUYER have read this contract and agree to the said terms of this contract.
BUYER also acknowledges any and all stated defects, and therefore can not
seek further compensation for treatment or execution for stated defects.
